SRMO Tax Practice Group participated in the TMAP 2026 Tax Forum, hosted by the Tax Management Association of the Philippines, Inc. (TMAP) at Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort.

The event also highlighted key administrative updates from the Bureau of Internal Revenue, alongside landmark court decisions presented by Court of Tax Appeals Associate Justice Hon.Maria Rowena Modesto-San Pedro. Core discussions centered on the BEPS Pillar Two Framework, the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA), and cross-border taxation mechanisms, including tax treaties, Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs), and Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs).
