The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) officially launched its Sustainable Enterprise Collaboration Network (eSECnature) Campaign on 15 July 2024, and the third wave of its digital initiatives on 17 July 2024. Our Attys. Jocelyn R. Esguerra-Dee and Raymond Lim participated in the event, representing the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) and SRMO.

Through this event, SRMO, in collaboration with the IBP, met and engaged with participants from the public and private sectors to listen to the Commission’s plans in pursuit of sustainability through digitalization and commit to cooperate with the SEC and other stakeholders in developing best practices and ideas toward the SEC vision of a sustainable capital market and business sector.

SRMO supports the SEC and its initiatives towards digitalization to promote and create a sustainable future and enhance the ease of doing business, and is honored to have been part of this undertaking.
