MARY CHASTINE P. REYES
Admitted to the Bar Admitted, 2022 Education Ateneo de Manila University – School of Law University of the Philippines – Diliman Ms. Reyes is an Associate in Siguion Reyna, Montecillo & Ongsiako. She joined the firm in April 2022. Ms. Reyes’ practice includes Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Family Law, Labor Law and Corporate Law. In Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Ms. Reyes handles a plethora of cases with the judicial courts and quasi-judicial agencies. Her litigation practice includes criminal and civil matters, and land titles and registration. She is also well-versed in administrative proceedings and appellate practice. Having worked in a Family Court prior to entering the firm, Ms. Reyes also has extensive experience in Family Law. She handles criminal, civil, or special proceeding cases. These include family-related disputes such as child abuse, annulment and custody cases. In the field of Labor Law, Ms. Reyes is well-versed in handling termination disputes for the firm’s clients. As an associate, she actively participates in NLRC proceedings and represents several companies including a prominent multi-national manufacturing company. In the Corporate practice, Ms. Reyes also has considerable experience in corporate housekeeping and is regularly engaged in rendering legal advice for the firm’s corporate clients. She is likewise involved in the review and drafting of various commercial contracts and consistently assists in a variety of local and international transactional matters.
