Atty. Christian C. Ayson is an associate at Siguion Reyna Montecillo & Ongsiako Law Offices, having joined the firm in January 2025.
He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Legal Management from De La Salle University–Manila in 2018. Subsequently, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University, where he was honored with the Dean’s Award for the Second Best Thesis of Batch 2024. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025 after successfully passing the 2024 Bar Examinations.
Atty. Ayson provides legal support across a wide spectrum of labor and employment matters affecting businesses and organizations. His practice encompasses advising clients on labor compliance and standards, as well as assisting in the development and implementation of internal labor policies. Furthermore, he represents clients in labor disputes involving employee terminations, disciplinary proceedings, and benefit claims, with regular appearances before key labor agencies, including the National Labor Relations Commission and the Department of Labor and Employment.
Atty. Ayson also provides legal support for land registration and real property cases, such as original and subsequent land title registration, land conversion, expropriation proceedings, and related transactions. His expertise includes reconstituting lost or destroyed titles, handling reconveyance, cancellation, and quieting of titles, and reclassifying properties from agricultural to residential, commercial, or industrial use when appropriate. He often works with local government units, registries of deeds, and administrative agencies to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Atty. Ayson guides clients through procedural and documentary requirements, performs due diligence on land titles, and resolves issues like encumbrances, boundary disputes, and conflicting claims.
Atty. Ayson is also involved in civil and criminal litigation, representing clients before trial courts, administrative agencies, and quasi-judicial bodies. He frequently appears before First Level Courts, Offices of the City Prosecutor, and other administrative tribunals. His litigation practice involves preparing pleadings, actively participating in hearings, and developing case strategies aligned with his clients’ objectives.
