Profile

Ms. Del Castillo practices tax and corporate law, with expertise in individual and corporate taxation, cross-border tax planning, estate planning, and tax litigation and advisory matters. She also has broad experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, wide-ranging commercial transactions (including financing arrangements, credit transactions and real property transactions) and general corporate matters.

She graduated from the University of the Philippines with bachelor of science degree in Economics, with cum laude honors, in 2000 and with a law degree from the same university in 2006. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2007. Ms. Del Castillo completed her Master of Laws in International Tax at the University of Michigan in 2014.
