Siguion Reyna Montecillo and Ongsiako Law Offices (“SRMO”) lauds the election of its Senior Partner Atty. Antonio C. Pido as President of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (“IBP”).   The IBP is the only official organization of all Philippines Lawyers established by the State in accordance with Republic Act No. 6397 and the constitutional mandate of the Supreme Court to promulgate rules concerning the integrated bar.

“Tony Pido’s long and extensive experience as practitioner and genuine camaraderie with brothers and sisters of the legal profession nationwide, more than qualifies him to lead the IBP in meeting all the challenges, both old and new, of the integrated bar,”  Atty. Rolando Mario G. Villonco, Chairman of SRMO, said.

Atty. Pido, who hails from Samar, will hold office for a term of two years from July 1, 2023  until June 30, 2025.

Atty. Pido was Executive Labor Arbiter of the National Labor Relations Commission from 1986 to 1991. After this stint with the government, he returned to SRMO as a partner on January 1994.
