Mr. Samson is a Partner at the Firm with extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution. He provides strategic legal counsel and advocacy across a wide range of complex matters, specializing in land and property law, employment disputes, administrative regulation, and commercial arbitration.

Mr. Samson has a proven track record of securing highly favorable outcomes for his clients across multiple fields of law. His recent notable work includes:

• Real Estate & Expropriation: Secured over PHP 500 million in just compensation awards for clients in expropriation proceedings.

• Agrarian Reform: Obtained a final judgment upholding the land-use conversion of a 10-hectare property in Laguna, successfully overturning an erroneous revocation by the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR).

• Administrative Law: Consistently spearheads complex litigation against irregular administrative regulations, most recently highlighted by the successful 2025 challenge of Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Department Order No. 40-J (s. 2022).

• Civil Rights: Instrumental in securing a writ of habeas corpus for the release of a mining executive who was wrongfully detained and prosecuted by the Bureau of Immigration.

• Employment Law: Successfully defended a leading telecommunications company against a series of illegal dismissal suits from the employees of a terminated service contractor.

Before joining the Firm in 2017, Mr. Samson served as a senior Court Attorney for Supreme Court Associate Justice Arturo D. Brion. During his clerkship, he actively contributed to Philippine jurisprudence by assisting in the analysis of complex legal doctrines and the drafting of decisions and opinions for landmark cases.

He began his legal career in 2014 as an Associate Solicitor of the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG). While there, he represented the Republic of the Philippines in a highly diverse portfolio of matters, including appellate criminal cases, land registration and reversion, family law, citizenship and naturalization, mining and environmental disputes, arbitration, and administrative regulation.

Mr. Samson is an accredited arbitrator recognized by the:

• Philippine International Center for Conflict Resolution (PICCR).

• Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution (OADR).
