Atty. Carlos Nicole J. Recto is an associate at Siguion Reyna Montecillo & Ongsiako Law Offices. His practice area includes civil and criminal litigation, labor disputes, taxation, and commercial law. Prior to joining the Firm, Atty. Recto was an associate in another law firm where he was heavily involved in civil and criminal litigation, as well as labor disputes.

Atty. Recto received his Juris Doctor Degree from the Ateneo De Manila University School of Law in 2022 with specialized track in Litigation and Dispute Resolution. He was also the recipient of the distinguished Evelio Javier Leadership Award.

In law school, he handled civil and criminal cases while he was an associate at the Ateneo Legal Services Center. Atty. Recto also served in different positions of the Ateneo Law Student Council, including being elected as President for the Academic Year 2021 to 2022.
