Raymond H. Lim is a junior associate of Siguion Reyna Montecillo & Ongsiako Law Offices. He joined the firm in February 2024.

His practice primarily involves corporate and commercial law particularly mergers and acquisition, banking, and project finance. He has extensive experience in corporate housekeeping, contract review and drafting, due diligence, and corporate reorganization.

Since joining the firm, he is expanding his practice into the fields of Labor and Employment, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, and Taxation.

These individuals are misusing the Firm’s name, as well as the names of our lawyers to solicit payments or offer fraudulent legal services.

These activities are being carried out through SMS, Viber, Facebook, generic email providers (such as Gmail or Yahoo), and other social media or messaging platforms.

The Firm disclaims any responsibility for dealings with imposters. If you are contacted by anyone claiming to be affiliated with SRMO and you have doubts as to their identity, do not provide personal information or make any payments.
